Malakoff’s Operation & Maintenance (“O&M”) activity is carried out by its wholly–owned subsidiary, Malakoff Power Berhad (“MPower”) and Malakoff Technical Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (“MTSSB”) - formerly known as Teknik Janakuasa Sdn. Bhd.. MTSSB is amongst Malaysia's most sought after provider of Operations & Maintenance Services. MTSSB a is wholly-owned subsidiary of Malakoff Corporation Berhad ("MCB") which is Malaysia's leading IPP generating 5,910 MW from six power stations for the domestic power generation sector.
Since it's establishment in 1993, MTSSB has grown into a full-fledged global O&M provider for power and water desalination plants. MTSSB's successful entry into the Middle East and South-East Asian markets has presented the opportunity to expand their presence globally.
