Malakoff Power Berhad ("M Power") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Malakoff Corporation Berhad ("Malakoff"). It was incorporated in Malaysia under the Act on July 22, 2010 as a private limited company under the name of Malakoff Power Sdn. Bhd. and was converted into a public company on September 6, 2010. M Power principally involved in operations and maintenance of power plants and commenced its business on April 10, 2012.
