Mohd Nazersham Mansor, male, a Malaysian, obtained a Degree in Accounting & Finance from De Montfort University, United Kingdom and a Fellow of the Association of the Chartered Certified Accountants (“FCCA”), United Kingdom. He is also a Member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

He joined as the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of the Company on 1 December 2017.

He began his career with KPMG, Malaysia in 1997 as an auditor and later joined MMC Corporation Berhad in the year 2000 as Group Accountant. Between 2004 and 2012, he served the Sapura Group of Companies and was the General Manager, Corporate Strategy & Development, his last position before he joined Petra Energy Berhad. He then assumed the position of General Manager of MMC Group from 2014 to 2016 and was previously the CFO for MMC Port Holdings Sdn. Bhd.. He has covered the provision of accounting, financial management, taxation, treasury and corporate finance in his 20 years of experience.
