Malakoff Hosts Brand Experience Event to Celebrate Its Milestones

On 14 November 2024, Malakoff Corporation Berhad (“Malakoff”) hosted the much-anticipated Brand Experience event, uniting employees from Malakoff, Alam Flora Sdn Bhd (“Alam Flora”) and AFES (“Alam Flora Environmental Solutions”). This vibrant gathering provided a valuable opportunity for staff to reflect on the company’s journey, celebrate its significant achievements and embrace the exciting future that lies ahead.

 

The event was officially launched by Malakoff’s Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer (“MD & Group CEO”) Encik Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib, alongside Head of Group Communications and Branding, Puan Suriati Mohammad Mokhtar. Their warm and inspiring speeches set an uplifting tone for the day, emphasising Malakoff’s commitment to growth, unity and its forward-looking vision. Their words highlighted how the company continues to evolve and lead the way in the ever-evolving energy sector. The main highlight of the event was the launch of a 50th-anniversary logo video montage, celebrating Malakoff's remarkable legacy over its five-decade journey. Adding a touch of elegance and modernity, a fashion show unveiled Malakoff’s new corporate uniforms, modelled by staff from Malakoff, Alam Flora and AFES. The fresh, dynamic design reflected Malakoff's commitment to professionalism and innovation, with the unveiling of the kit being a standout moment that symbolised a visual transformation in line with Malakoff's bold vision for the future.

The event was filled with excitement as attendees participated in interactive Kahoot! Games to win prizes. The lively atmosphere was further boosted by two lucky draw sessions, where employees eagerly awaited their chance to win. These activities fostered camaraderie and added a touch of fun to the event.

 

After the fashion show and interactive sessions, the senior management team took a tour of the exhibition gallery, which featured the new corporate uniforms from Malakoff, Alam Flora and AFES. The gallery walk showcased our brand identity, offering a glimpse into the future of our business. It reinforced the shared values and vision that unite the three companies under the Malakoff Group umbrella.

 

This memorable occasion was not only a celebration of past successes but also an opportunity to strengthen employees' connection to the company’s core mission, values and ambitious goals for the future. The event showcased Malakoff’s strong commitment to innovation, sustainability and impactful leadership – values that will continue to drive the company as it strives to shape a better future for all.
